Bio
Shaheera Mughal is an Islamabad based multidisciplinary artist whose practice spans both two-dimensional and three-dimensional forms. Mughal embraces experimentation, allowing each material to shape the expression of an idea, making process an integral part of the work itself.
Her practice is rooted in close attentiveness to her surrounding nature and the memories intertwined with it. Drawn to the quiet beauty of landscapes, organic forms and traces of life left behind by lived experience, she explores themes of memory, nostalgia and belonging.
Through diverse materials and processes, Shaheera transforms fleeting moments of observation into tangible works that invite reflection and connection.
